Product Return Conditions:

Products must be returned with a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us to obtain an authorization number in advance to accompany the product being returned.

  • Office supplies – Unopened, unused items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Ink & Toner – Unopened, unused items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Defective/Damaged Ink & Toner may be EXCHANGED ONLY within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Technology And Consumer Electronic Products - Unopened, unused items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
  • Defective/Damaged Technology items may be EXCHANGED ONLY within 14 days of receipt. Returned Items must be complete and include all components in their original packaging. After 14 days, please contact manufacturer directly.
  • Furniture – Unopened, unused items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Defective/Damaged Furniture items may be EXCHANGED ONLY within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Furniture Installation fees are non-refundable
  • Special-ordered, non-stock merchandise, including custom print, custom signs, proprietary products, furniture items with extended delivery, and clearance items are non-cancelable and non returnable
  • Consumable Food items are non-returnable
  • Chemicals and cleaning products are non-returnable.
  • Coffee Equipment/Appliances - Unopened, unused items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Defective/Damaged Coffee Equipment/Appliances items may be EXCHANGED ONLY within 30 days of receipt.
  • Delivery Fees are non-refundable.
